«They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near ...

«We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! »
