«Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation»

«Great location! Easy access to the beach for the kids. Nice deck to enjoy coffee in the morning or happy hour on the afternoon! So much room for the adults and kids.»

«This is a great location - may be the closest spot to stay on the way to the park that includes the beach. Accommodations are simple, but the price is right. We stayed here with 6 adults. The pull-out bed downstairs was cracked in the middle so the mattress sagged. I told the host about it after we left and he said he had a guy who would fix the bed.»

«A great spot for a quick weekend getaway in the fall. Might feel cramped for longer stays but perfect for what we needed. Pool was a nice addition when it got rainy but it was a but chilly.»

«We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel ...
