When first entering room and checked everything out, when I entered the bathroom there was a roach crawling on bathroom floor. Then after the pool, they had a room heater we used due to how cold it was. Use the blow dryer to dry hair, the whole room blew a fuse went completely dark. Maintenance came in a good 10 minutes to fix it. Kids kept running down hallways banging on doors at night and morning. I can say it is family ...

«Dirty linens! We booked very late and options were few, but thought that Holiday Inn couldn’t go terribly wrong. When we checked in, the beds were neatly made in our room, but linens not changed from the previous guest. Lots of small hair and other dirt in the bed. When we told the reception, they offered to change, but didn’t seem surprised and offered no compensation or real apology.
