«This area of the boardwalk can be shady at night but if you are about the pool and beach its perfect! The staff made it for us. Flora left us towel animals and she was the sweetest.»

«they were so strict with having guests over and the room was so small. overall bad experience staying with them will never go back there again. there was no staff in the office or anywhere in the lobby, had to go hunting for them.»

«Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.»

«Breakfast was terrific. Might want to add beef or turkey sausage as a breakfast option as opposed pork only. The cooktop stove did not work. Called housekeeping and- replacement was brought in. This was great and much appreciated but only one burner worked (Room 446).»

«I like the property due to the fact that it's spacious and has things for children to do and they also have a shuttle bus to take you over to the boardwalk and bring you back to the hotel as well as different movies for children on a daily basis.»

«They double charged my card, leaving my card negative on vacation. They clearly seen my bank statement and still would not explain CLEARLY what happened. They said i had to check out and pay the remainder balance, which i paid the FULL price the first night and it took out. She (the manager) said it was taking $535 out but when i swiped it took $867 out. I will never stay here again because of this experience. «Room 1007 The room was as expected. I love the 1st floor room with sand just outside my door!! The wall, in the shower needs repaired. I had to take the bedspread OFF. It smelled badly. Please wash them more regularly! Room was clean! Fridge froze my drinks lol You should update cable tvs to streaming services. Stay was a much needed rest! Thank you Castle in the Sand!!»
