«Hotel was amazing very clean, staff was nice. Only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I called down to front desk for someone to come check it out and no one ever came. It was very hot out so coming in from a long day at the beach and being outside to no AC was disappointing. Funny thing is it started working properly an hour before checkout. Overall it was good»

«We would absolutely stay here again. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, the room/beds comfortable. Convenient to shops and the restaurant right next door was a plus. Gorgeous views! Very nice pool area. I was a little concerned about the highway but you can’t hear any traffic noise at all. Overall the property rates high on our list and I tend to be picky. Oh the hot water was pleasantly hot as I love a good hot bath! Highly recommend!»

«We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon.»

«Staying in a refurbished Lighthouse was unique experience. The rooms are essentially pie shaped with an inviting beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 6 full sized pillows. Our fridge was stocked every morning with fruit, OJ, complimentary muffins, and yogurt. There were also various beverages and water. There was a keurig in the room as well as at the coffee bar in the Common room. Outside the Common room is a long porch which faced the bay, and was wonderful to relax ...

«When checked in, people before us received welcome bag and we did not. I think everyone should get it or just leave it in the room of those guest that are getting one..felt unwelcome form the first moment. Also rooms are pretty clean but entrance and even side entrances smelled like urine and there was a lot of trash…saw two floor cleaning buckets (under the stairs by the side entrance) full with dirty water… Anyhow, we like the rooms since they are pretty clean and we like location of the ...

«Staff was pleasant. Coffee machine in lobby did not work. Air Conditioning did not work in room. No Shampoo or Conditioner in the room. They did have available at the front desk. You have to ask. Bathroom was not clean. Stuff in sink and sand in shower.»
