«Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep.»

«Staff were excellent»

«My room was a lovely suite with its own kitchen and sofa. I think furniture lay out could be changed so you could watch TV from the sofa rather than just the bed. My TV didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the second night, and offered me another room if they couldn’t. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Hot food cooked fresh. «Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast!»

«Excellent room with air conditioning which was a boon. Facilities were also excellent. Breakfast was good and parking on the premises. Would stay there again.»

«Maten var ikke god. Middagen kunne vært bedre og frokosten var kaotisk.»

«Nice place, but the kitchen closed to early, no dinner when you check in late. The room wass also very hot, no air condition.»

«Homely feel and helpful, friendly host. He was extremely accommodating. The breakfast provided was a lovely bonus. It’s in a great location, central but in a quiet street.»

«I recoomend this hotel. It has nice rooms (we had a family room over two stories), free parking and helpful staff. A lovely breakfast and it is located with walking distance to a lot of the sights in Stamford. Do stay here!»

«Wish we'd had longer to make the most of the lovely kitchen - really comfortable accommodation - would hope to go back again.»

«Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊»
