«Small but perfectly formed, just a beautiful cosy little cottage in a gorgeous village, everything you need to enjoy your stay, the kitchen was well provided with utensils, cooker, microwave washer etc, the lounge was cosy with tv & wifi, door to small yard, in summer will be lovely to sit out! Parking a bit tight (our car quite big)but we knew this before we went, so made use of village carpark 2mins walk away,after dropping cases off! Will definitely go again! Loved it!»

«The cottage was attractively decorated and furnished and was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The information handbook was comprehensive.It was very clean and well maintained and was also in a wonderful location with beautiful scenery all around it.The only downside was the bathroom and the lack of shower screen and wall mounted shower. »

«I had a worry that the cottage might be a little small but we had loads of room due to the layout being over three floors. The decor was smart and we had everythign we needed. It was very hot the day we arrived so it was particularly good to have the lounge in the basement. A few little niggles, none of them dealbreakers. «Beautifully clean cottage in an idyllic setting. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived, which was very much appreciated for a chilly weekend, as were the fresh milk and delicious biscuits. «Lovely cottage in Fremington. Nicely furnished and exactly as advertised. Kitchen has a washer/dryer which is very handy and a dishwasher. Nice bathroom with shower over bath and plentiful hot water. Beds really comfortable and loads of space upstairs. Underfloor heating in lounge was a treat and wood burner lovely on a cold February night. Enclosed front garden, made it easy for the dogs and would be nice to sit out in the summer. The kitchen area was clean, with lots of quality appliances and kitchen utensils, beds were very comfortable, the showers, bath and toilets were very clean and modern and in good working order.It's in a great location with lovely views and quick access by car or foot to nearby Kirkby Stephen. The nearby stream/beck provided hours of fun for the 8 year old with us. All in all a lovely holiday experience.»
