«We had a wonderful stay at this terrific house. Cahner was a fabulous host and made our stay very enjoyable. We stayed here as a family for our daughter’s graduation from Creighton, and it was ideal. The location is fantastic - close to everything in Aksarben and nestled in on a very quiet street. The house had everything that we needed and was incredibly charming.»

«This was a well picked spot for our long weekend in Lincoln. This house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The communication with the owners was great. This house would be perfect when attending NU football games, so we will be back to test out that theory.»

«Older home, well maintained on the inside. Location was good. Although current road construction in progress outside the home. Property owner/manager was very responsive. The outside front porch/back entrance could use some TLC. Poor lighting in some areas of the home I missed the part where the second bathroom is in an unfinished basement. «We were in Omaha for a family wedding. This property was perfect for our entire family. It was very spacious and we utilized the deck and the back yard. The kids had plenty of room to move around and play. There were plenty of bathrooms which made it nice when we were all getting ready to go to the wedding. Cheri was a great host and was very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again.»

«This property was the best I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was beautiful and clean and the beds were SOOOOO comfortable. I have been burned by that before with terrible beds. Amenities there were on point and helpful to have. We felt like it was truly a home away from Home. My kids kept calling it their “other home” and slept so good and they don’t sleep well away from home. We could not have loved this house more. Thank you for making it such a great experience!!»

«We had two families stay in the house and there was plenty of room. We loved the outdoor space and yard games they had. Walkable distance to a great local restaurant as well. The only complaint we had was that we were not able to control the AC and it got very warm during our stay on the main level.»

«Had a little bit of a problem finding it at first. Did not expect an apartment above a business. Clean facilities with all needed amenities. Apartment is on a loud and busy road, however, host did supply earplugs. Host very responsive to messages. Just wish futon was located in living room instead of in bedroom with other bed.»

Ok for me but I could never bring my wife!
"Check in went quite smoothly. Courteous staff, but the room furniture (mainly sofa) was disgusting. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were all quite hard. The kitchen sink was not cleaned after the previous renter. Waited until the morning to say anything. Lots of "sorries" for the condition of the room and they did offer to move me to another room but I ended up washing the sink myself. Turned out the drain was plugged and needed to be repaired. The reason for things being so dirty is that roadwork workers have been staying there. The rooms are large with a kitchenette so they are perfect for a longer stay, but there should be rooms dedicated for normal people who don’t bring road construction filth into the room. It was ok this time because I was alone. I’ll be back in a few months but I don’t want my wife to have to deal with this. "
