«Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns.»

«The house is a beautiful old Italian house with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled floors. Everything in the house worked pedfectly- wifi, hot water, screens on the windows, kitchen and bath. Internet and telephone signal is bad and we did't get the code to open the box with the keys on time, we strugeled to find a way to communicate with the staff. «If you would like to be in the heart of the Tuscany countryside, then this is the place for you. My husband slept better than he has in years and it is very quiet. Claudia and her husband were wonderful hosts, despite the language barriers. We loved watching them harvest the olives. The location is central to the major attractions in Tuscany, such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and Bagno Vignoni. «I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace.
