This lovely one-bedroom apartment is situated on the popular Parque Santiago III complex in the Las Americas resort in Tenerife. The location of the apartment itself is probably the best on the complex, as it enjoys amazing sea and pool views from both of its balconies. There is also a satellite TV and a washing machine. Access to the apartment is via a lift, but there are around 5 steps up to the apartment.



The Space:

Parque Santiago III 222 - One Bed is a lovely duplex apartment situated on the popular Parque Santiago III complex in the Las Americas resort in Tenerife. The location of the apartment itself is probably the best on the complex, as it enjoys amazing sea and pool views from both of its balconies.



The lower balcony is furnished with rattan furniture: a table and 4 chairs. Patio doors lead back into the lounge which is comfortably furnished with a large sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, standard lamp, clock, and a side table with a lamp. There is also a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for guests to watch. The dining area consists of a dining table and 3 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, under-counter fridge, and a mini freezer.



On the upper floor, you will find the bedroom, bathroom, and 2nd balcony, which has 2 sun loungers, 2 patio chairs, and a sun umbrella. Patio doors lead back into the bedroom that has 2 single beds, bedside tables, bedside lights, and fitted wardrobes. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC, and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board in the apartment.
