The property has two large bedrooms on the top floor which will be accessed by stairs, both with double bed, closet and access to a small terrace with views where you can disconnect. It also has a bathroom with shower. The main floor from where you access the accommodation has a fully equipped kitchenette, a toilet, a cozy living room with Smart TV 42", Fiber WiFi, a comfortable sofa and direct access to the beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a good breakfast and the good weather of the place. For added convenience, a parking space is offered and the residential complex in which it is located has a communal pool.

With an unbeatable location, in a quiet street, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, blender, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, towels, sheets, crib, high chair and much more.

The house is located on a second floor which has to be accessed by a flight of stairs. In addition, the house has a flight of stairs to go up to the upper floor.

There is currently construction work in the complex's garage and some noise may be experienced during the day. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
