Lovely, newly renovated flat in Playa de las Américas, located on the ground floor. The flat has a double bedroom, a modern bathroom with

shower and bidet, a living room with a sofa bed to accommodate up to 3 persons, and a fully equipped kitchenette with all the necessary

amenities. There is also a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the good weather.



Among the various conveniences offered, we include WiFi, air conditioning and a microwave oven. Furthermore, the flat's location, only 16 km

from Tenerife South Airport, makes arrival and departure very convenient and stress-free. You will also have easy access to several popular

tourist attractions, such as Siam Park (3 km away) and Siam Mall (2.5 km away).



If you wish to explore the island during your stay, cars, motorbikes and bicycles can be rented nearby to make your commute even more

convenient and flexible.



As far as arrival and departure times are concerned, we are flexible and will try to accommodate your needs, subject to prior arrangement.

However, please note that for arrivals after 10.30 p.m., there is a surcharge to be paid at check-in.



Finally, to ensure a pleasant experience during your stay, towels and bed linen are included in the flat rental. You will not have to worry about

bringing your own, as it will be provided at no extra cost.
