When we raised this, they explained we got what we paid for and should have booked directly on their website, which felt misleading. The listing mentioned a Nespresso machine, but it was communal, old, and malfunctioning. Additionally, the people hanging out at the entrance (likely family of the owner) were loud, playing cards, and while this isn’t inherently bad, it didn’t reflect ...

«Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und die immer wieder auftauchenden Probleme wurden zeitnah von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich und kulant gelöst. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Ruhe im Zimmer, von den Nachbarn nebenan bekommt man wirklich absolut nichts mit, gute Schallisolierung. Mietwagen sollte man dabei haben.»
