«We only stayed 18 days. Things kept going wrong. Toilet leaked was still leaking when we left. The air conditioning on the wall in the bedroom leaked all over the floor. They came and fixed that. Ants all over. They should pay for a monthly spray to help with the ants. I am fighting cancer and just needed to leave. She did give me one month back but kept 2 months. Hopefully she used our money she kept to repair. Otherwise she is a very nice person, they need to be more proactive instead of ...

«We were a bit disappointed with the accommodations…but it was an okay place to stay for one night, was overpriced as we were able to find nicer cleaner accommodations a little bit north of this location at a better price. I don’t regret staying here but will not book again.»

«This is a beautiful home with water views from the front and the back decks. Everything was furnished so nicely and we loved our stay there. We would have liked to receive the check in codes a little earlier than their standard 90 minutes before, but they did offer an early check in for 50 way in advance. We would definitely stay there again and be sure to check out the Weeki Watchee mermaid show.»

«Proper old Florida home. Great communication. Close to everything we needed. We were in town for an annual paintball event which was close by. We will return next year and stay here without question. Host was very polite we had no problems at all. Don't go barefoot in the back yard there's some sand spurs 😜»
