«First, the positives: Nice and very clean rooms, good facilities in general, the staff that brought the luggage between the hotel buildings were service minded.
Then, the negatives: When we first arrived we were met by an utterly sour face at the reception. Having travelled extencively around the world, we can say for sure, this is just not the norm. Early during our seven night stay it became clear that I needed to have a business video conference on Skype during my stay at the hotel. ...
