«This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! «Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einer schönen Aufteilung der Räume und großen Schlafzimmern. Es besteht aus zwei etwa gleichgroßen Wohnungen mit separaten Eingängen. Unsere Tochter konnte die wichtigsten Räume mit ihrem schmalen Rollstuhl benutzen. Die untere Wohnung war im Mai sehr kühl und konnte leider nicht beheizt werden. Zum Glück wurde es in der zweiten Urlaubswoche wärmer. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt angenehm, wenn die Wohnung kühl bleibt. Daher würden wir das Haus für den Sommer ...
