«The boathouse is in a roof over marina that helped keep the heart down when sitting up on the deck. While many other boats, there wasn't many people coming and going. The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc»

«My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was super easy. Jerry was great and checked on us often. The houseboat was very clean and was stocked with things needed for a stress free getaway including condiments, soaps, extra pillows and blankets, and so much more! Upon arrival we were greeted with many fish, turtles, ducks, and even a goose at the back deck. It was the best place just to relax and read a book. «The family and I had a great weekend on the lake in this boat. For two kids and two adults it is a bit small, but we were staying with friends camping in the national forest which was perfect as we used the boat as a big tent you could ride around on and swim while cooking burgers.»

«This is the perfect spot if you want to fish Clarks hill or Lake Russell. It was clean and easy check in and out. It has a place to clean fish, a hose pipe,a grill. Sit outside under covered porch. The fish table had shade and the AC felt great. I was super pleased with everything. Great host!For the price not sure you could find a better rental!»
