✔ Self check-in is available with a lockbox (we will send you further details closer to your arrival). Physical check-in option is upon request. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ The cost of the heated pool for the months April-May & October is included in the booking price. For summer period, there is an additional cost of 40 euro and advance notice is required.
✔ For winter reservations only, central heating is upon request, with extra charge. The woods for the fireplace are offered for free.
✔ All other expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Mid-cleaning is offered for reservations of at least 6 nights.
✔ Linen change, bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh, for reservations of at least 6 nights.
✔ Pool maintenance every 3-4 days.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
