Apartment 'Ferienhof Hohe' with Shared Pool, Garden, and Wi-Fi

Located in Hiltpoltstein, Franconian Switzerland, this spacious 170 m² apartment welcomes up to 14 guests with 4 bedrooms, 2 eat-in kitchens, a living room, and 3 bathrooms. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and underfloor heating. High-speed Wi-Fi is perfect for video calls, and you have a private TV with video-on-demand and a dedicated workspace. For families, there are 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, and shared toys and books.



Enjoy your private balcony and the communal garden. The heated outdoor pool with children’s area, a sauna for 3–4 people, outdoor shower, playground, pool table, and table tennis are available for shared use.



On-site parking and a shared EV charging station are provided. Pets are welcome, and events are allowed.



The farm offers many free extras: daily organic eggs, campfires with bread on a stick and popcorn, barbecue evenings, Wi-Fi, EV and e-bike charging, sauna, use of 2 mountain bikes and 1 e-bike, bread and beverage service, towels for hand, shower, sauna, and pool, and a fully equipped kitchen with spices and oil. Children can collect fresh organic eggs from the petting zoo’s hens.



Weekly activities like pizza and bread baking in the wood oven, campfires, barbecues, and layered meat are offered.



We invite you to free pizza—everyone can roll out and top their own. Margherita pizzas (dough, spices, tomato sauce, cheese) are baked in the wood oven.



Our two apartments are opposite each other. You can leave the doors open and don’t need to lock up, as you are our only guests.
