«Overall the experience is decent; the property appears to have been renovated once. The location is somewhat remote, though accessible by multiple bus routes. This is understandable given that it is a houseboat.»

We did not use the upper level but only to shower. We had six people in our party, and we had plenty of space for everyone! The Wi-Fi speed was very good. The only negative is how difficult it is to get to and from where you are staying. You have to take a Sampan and that is ordered by a different vendor every time. They have hours, so you ...

8/10 Bra
Had some issues before staying, but it got resolved. Was unecessary hard to fix, but still thankful it was done.
The service in the hotel was definetely one of the best. Note this only applies when you stay at the hotel!
You will almost all the time meet them through main entrance, and they greet you very enthusiastically and helpful!
And first person we met at reception was exceptionally great! The others was normal.
The hotel rom did look nice, eith good amenities. But if you take a closer ...
