The hotel is centrally located right at the city centre. The rooms are modern and value for the money. We had breakfast once but were not necessarily fully impressed of paying 18 euro´s for the the very limited options available on the buffet. Went outside for breakfast then following day and found more value and quality with the same money. The Biggest issue was that when we checked in they charged us for the room again as they said we had not paid in advance. I had to go back to Hotels.com to prove them that it has been paid. When we asked them to refund the charge they claimed that they were not able to refund it due to "technical issues". I went back several times and always the same response. It may be true but they made absolutely no effort to fix the issue. I have been travelling a lot and never had this bad experience. I can recommend for location and room but service is low quality.
