«After some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. It is close to the shopping centre and a 20 minute walk to town where there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. Everything you need is there, a real home from home. «Schönes Häuschen in der Nähe vom Ort Calete de Fuste. Ein Auto braucht man aber auf jeden Fall weil es doch etwas abgelegen ist. Zu Fuß zum Ort braucht man schon sehr lange.... Der Pool ist nur ein paar Häuser weiter... Aber sehr kaltes Wasser. Wir hatten aber ruhe dort. Es war kaum was los sodass man auch die Ruhe genießen konnte. Das Haus selbst ist schön. «Gute Lage, geringe Adaptierungen an der Ausstattung des Hauses notwendig, Licht, Wasser Türen, Toiletten, einige Gerätschaften in der Küche, ...aber sonst alles in Ordnung. Besonders toll fanden wir den Windfang auf der Terrasse, abends sehr angenehm beim Sitzen auf der Terrasse.»

«We had an excellent stay at this amazing villa. Located directly across from the communal pool for ease of access. Plenty of parking available on the street if you don’t want to use the driveway, like us. Definitely need a car. It is walkable down to the seafront but I wouldn’t enjoy the climb back up but you do have option of taxi which are readily available outside the Aquatico Shopping Centre. «Very good apartment, good size everything you need for a self catering holiday,especially liked the outdoor space you can sunbathe in your own outside area, come out of your back gate straight into the communal pool which was mo6or less your own private pool.Would we stay here again most definitely.»

Nice quiet residential area but within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of the town and beach.plenty of really good restaurants and shops.the villa itself was very roomy with lovely grounds watching the golfers is a nice way to pass the time.
