"We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and there are plenty of enjoyable activities. We really enjoyed our stay, and the food was delicious. However, we noticed some differences in room service. We stayed on the 3rd floor while our friends stayed on the 7th floor, and the service quality was not the same. The room facilities were lacking, and some toiletries were missing, which is not what we expected from a 5-star hotel."
