«The home is beautifully equipped, very comfortable, clean and a great layout. Our only issue was the seaweed, it seemed to be only on this beach. The beach was cleaned every morning and I know they did all they could, so not the fault of anyone, just that we couldn't really go in the water here. Having access to Oyster Pond was a huge bonus with a store, restaurant and bar was fabulous. «What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island. «All in all a very nice place on the island. View from condo was magnificent with nice beach area lots to do in the area including casinos, restaurants and beautiful Mullet Bay Beach. I suggest seeing different beaches. One of our favorites being Fryers Bay Beach just a short distance away. Private pool on the patio was a great added touch for a late night/early morning swim. «We could never have had such an amazing visit to St. Maarten without IRE and crew. Cathy was amazing getting us acclimated and actually escorting us to the villa. «Beautiful villa with outstanding views and proximity to Orient Village and Bay. The pictures don't lie - this property is stunning. Easy check in process which included a welcome drink at a local restaurant owned by the host. The host (and property owner) lives next door and was super responsive to any of our needs. He was onsite in minutes to address any questions we had and even brought us a bag of ice when the ice maker ran low. Super property with a very attentive host!»

«This stay was a mixed bag for our group of 4 kids aged 6-15 and 5 adults. Our check in process was not smooth but the owner was apologetic and tried to make it right. And I feel for the owners because I am sure the issues are not so much neglect as not completing repairs after the hurricane. Still, the pictures do not reflect the current state of the home. «First time at this property - it did not disappoint. This was our first time back in St Martin since the 2017 hurricane. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay. The villa was clean, well appointed (everything you need if you’re cooking). «This Villa provides everything we were looking for; amazing views, refreshing pool, private surroundings, comfortable beds, and close by grocery store (and restaurants). Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again.»
