«Positives: - Great location, tons of restaurants and other shopping as soon as you get out on to the street. - excellent communication with the host, - Felt secure the whole time we were there (need 2 codes for two separate doors), - very quiet, beds were not bad. - Kids loved the split level for their bed. «This property is the perfect Parisian getaway! The hosts were amazing - ensuring we got in okay the night we arrived and also checking in with us during our stay. It’s as pictured - beautifully furnished and perfect for our family of four. Close to buses and the RER. We got to central Paris and Disneyland no problem. Highly recommend!!»

«Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. «With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.»

«The flat is as described, though I’m uncertain it technically classifies as two bedrooms considering one is just a bed with a curtain that closes. The location is amazing - very close to public transportation, lots of shops and restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. «Great location, near metro. All you need in the vicinity. Super apartment, much better than the pictures show. Manu is a great host, excellent communication and help. Only disadvantage some noise from the street in the weekend from bar/ party people, worst in the bedroom near the street. But overall great value for money and will definitely be coming back. »
