«We had a wonderful week at Lockrum Point Villa. It’s a beautiful property with views of St. Martin and away from neighbors for privacy yet an easy drive to anywhere on the island in 20-30 minutes. Really great breezes on the porch and pool deck made afternoons and evenings particularly lovely. Having the gazebo was also really cool. «Rick’s property was breathtaking. Beautiful view, private & spacious w/ a centralized location for easy travel anywhere on the island. House was equipped w/ everything you can ask for & more. Rick was also truly helpful w/ providing a full list of recommendations, excursions & referrals throughout the island. The property owner Michelle was just as helpful as well, w/ both being only a prompt phone call away. Must stay & will return again »

«We had delays getting to the island and when we got to the villa it was dark and had to call to ask where the lockbox was. It also looked like someone was using the villa before we got there because it was not totally clean. Sand on the Ping-Pong table, crumbs in the toaster oven and microwave, and the kitchen counter was sticky. The bathroom was clean, but the mold and peeling paint was not very inviting. I was surprised that the grounds were not maintained. The grass had not been cut in weeks, ...

«This villa was in great condition with very clean and modern amenities. There was plenty of amenities to offer for us to use for our stay which was greatly appreciated. The only down side is that the bed was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was pretty perfect! The location is great with lots of great restaurants nearby and of course shoal bay east was only 5 minutes down the road. We would love to return and would plan on coming back to this property to stay.»

It’s close to everything and so very convenient and you cannot beat the view. My parents used to stay here every winter so we have always loved it and just had an amazing time.
