«Et nydelig hotell med noen drømmer av senger til slitne helgeturister som skulle på avslapning til en fin by. Vi hadde valgt det pga beliggenheten, og var spente på trafikkstøy, men vi hørte ingenting. Vi ble hentet på flyplassen og møtt av et mannskap på hotellet som hadde som hovedmål å gi oss et fint opphold. Veldig blide og søte og hjelpsomme. Rommet og badet var rent og stille, med standard minibar og muligheter for å lage egen kaffe - siste dog litt dyr. Bortsett fra en wake-up-call som ...

«Loved staying at Heiss. Super central, easy to walk everywhere. Love the room. I stayed at the 10th floor and would not recommend it if you like to sleep in as it's very loud in the morning when people eat breakfast above you. This and a boring breakfast is my only complain. Would stay here again. »

«We felt welcome from the first moment of arrival at the hotel due to the friendliness of Sergio at the front desk. He helped us with transportation, trips and other things we might needed help with. Always service minded! The hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and the breakfast was good. Only bit noise in the evening, but not an issue with earplugs and nothing else is expected from a vibrant city like Medellin. Highly recommended hotel! »

«Brand new hotel in the north of Cali. Right next to a big mall,Chipichape. There you will find many restaurants,but as in most malls there are alot of fast food places. You can walk to center/downtown in about 40-50 minutes. Or there are plenty of taxis and ubers nearby. About 40 minutes from the airport by taxi,withouth traffic. The room I got was good,comfortable,clean and with a decent view. Nice rooftop pool area on the top floor. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. ...
