«Comfortable bed, large room, and the Wi-Fi and lounge area were solid for a business trip. Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. I’ll be cautious about booking here again unless management addresses this.»

«Stayed there for 2 nights. Good service at front desk, super great service at the lobby bar, the only downside is the constant draft from the entrance. Stayed at the high floor and the room was ok. Nothing fancy, but for the price it’s ok. Really friendly and quick valet parking. »

«It was one of the worst nights we’ve ever had, there was noise all night long, and it was impossible to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel is very well maintained, clean and the staff are very welcoming. The insulation isn’t great, and we could hear the neighbours talking.»
