"Excellent stay for our whole family We stayed here for seven nights, from October 3rd to October 10th, as a large family of eight spread across three rooms. All of the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and airy, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. We were located on the 3rd, 7th, and 9th floors, which was actually by choice. Some of us wanted to stay as high up as possible, while others preferred a lower floor. The hotel accommodated all of our requests perfectly, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was included with our stay, and the buffet offered everything we could have asked for. There was a great selection of food, and the quality was consistently good throughout our stay. A particular highlight was the chocolate fountain, which was a huge hit with our 7-year-old and seemed equally popular with many of the other children staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to try the dinner service, as we spent most of our days exploring the area and usually ate out. That just gives us another reason to come back and try it on a future visit. The hotel's lobby and reception area are beautiful and create an excellent first impression upon arrival. The location is another major strength. It's within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, Bioparc, the train station, Sould Park, and most of the area's main attractions. For an active family that likes to explore, it was the perfect base. Overall, we had a very successful and enjoyable stay."

"Rommet ble rengjort hver dag av hyggelig personale. Fin utsikt over basseng og sjø. Sentral beliggenhet med kort vei til strandpromenaden, sjø og den gamle byen hvor det var mulighet til å ta heisen opp for 0,5 euro pr person. Koselig å vandre trappene ned igjen,"

"Mugg på fuger i dusjen. Hvorfor må man stå i kø for å få håndkle til bassenget når det sitter en mann ved bassenget. Helt idiotisk Inn og utsjekk tar alt for lang tid, når alle personlige opplysninger er gitt ved bestilling."

"Flott rom og moderne interiør. Rent og en kjempe god stor seng. Nydelig frokost med stort utvalg. Hyggelig betjening. Ligger super sentralt med butikker og El corte Ingles rett ved siden av kort vei til de fleste serverdigheter. Ca 10 minutter gange. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet. Det er flott og til en rimelig pris"
