You’ll have full, private access to the apartment for the duration of your stay. This includes the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, as well as all in-unit amenities such as Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a dedicated workspace.

Entry is keyless, so you can check in at your convenience without coordinating schedules.

Free street parking and unit parking spots are available on a first-come basis, and paid parking options are located nearby if you prefer guaranteed spots.

Set in Anchorage’s vibrant downtown, you can walk to top attractions, local eateries, and scenic spots. Easy access to JBER, the airport, and Alaska Railroad Depot.

Getting Around:
While you can walk to most amenities in downtown we always recommend a vehicle if you plan on exploring outside of downtown and Anchorage.

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
