The condo was clean and seemed to be recently renovated. It had a good supply of things that could be needed such as extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, food wrap, storage containers for left overs and dishes, pots , pans etc. There is plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap. it was missing a pizza cutter or maybe just couldn’t find it. There were only 4 pillows and no additional bed blankets. If you need more than what is already on the bed, bring your own. The laundry was not in the condo. It was in a separate place down below the building. It is also not complimentary and I found it a very dirty place. I decided to wait to do laundry somewhere else. The title of the listing says great location. This is deceptive. The location is in a very sketchy area. When booking it doesn’t give you the exact address. After seeing the location, we debated just losing our money and finding a different place. There are sketchy people walking around that appear to be homeless, drug addicts. The area is not somewhere that I would ever find myself in at home. That said, we had no problems and it was quiet. The property seems to be well maintained other than the laundry area and the property next to it is as well. Anchorage is pricy so for the price, it’s worth taking a chance on it.
