«The rooms are spacious and convenient. The beach and gardens are beautiful. They offer free breakfast delivered to your room each day at your chosen time. There is also a free bus that hooks up with the trolley system downtown. I could not recommend this place enough. We loved it!»

«Room was clean, garden tub was AMAZING with the cooler weather. It was our first visit to St Augustine and the beginning was a bit bumpy but the manager Joe and his staff made our stay an incredible one!!! The guys making the fresh “made to order” breakfast were great and the front desk people were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will personally stay again if we come back to St Augustine!»

«Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back. »

«A great little hotel with only 15 rooms or so. Get a room with a patio and you will be less than 20 ft from the water! Very clean and fresh with very friendly staff. Great breakfast and happy hour with snacks and refreshments. Highly recommendable!
