«This condo is advertised as luxury. The condo is no way near luxury. It was in a direr need of updating. It presented clean. However, walking around on the tile floor in stocking feet, my socks were black. The bed in the matter bedroom was comfortable. The best was the shower head, it had a very strong stream. The kirchen was stocked well. The condo was roomy. The resort also needed updating as well, not very well kept. »

«The hotel was located over the Lion Bridge, it was easy to walk to see all the beautiful Christmas decorations. No car needed. The place was clean and my view from my room of the harbor was gorgeous. The staff could not be more helpful, they offer suggestions for activities and restaurants. The breakfast, afternoon appetizers and free parking was an added touch. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be back again.»

«A great little hotel with only 15 rooms or so. Get a room with a patio and you will be less than 20 ft from the water! Very clean and fresh with very friendly staff. Great breakfast and happy hour with snacks and refreshments. Highly recommendable! We'll be back!»

«Everything was perfect! We had a partial ocean view room with a balcony. We don’t know which was more beautiful, the spectacular gardens or the ocean waves. The delivery of breakfast was such a treat! It was hot and delicious with homemade scones, muffins, and egg croissants. Taking the trolley into St. Augustine was a big plus since the city was extra crowded during Nights of Lights. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!»
