«Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back. »

«Room was clean, garden tub was AMAZING with the cooler weather. It was our first visit to St Augustine and the beginning was a bit bumpy but the manager Joe and his staff made our stay an incredible one!!! The guys making the fresh “made to order” breakfast were great and the front desk people were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will personally stay again if we come back to St Augustine!»

«The property was sufficient for our needs. It was clean. One area of concern was that the sliding back door was difficult to close.I'm not sure it closed at all. It needs some updating with that. The area was safe. The beach was beautiful and the pool with the hot tub area was great for the kids. Good location. Great breakfast spot nearby. Of course St Augustine nearby with lots to do in the town. »

«This condo is advertised as luxury. The condo is no way near luxury. It was in a direr need of updating. It presented clean. However, walking around on the tile floor in stocking feet, my socks were black. The bed in the matter bedroom was comfortable. The best was the shower head, it had a very strong stream. The kirchen was stocked well. The condo was roomy. The resort also needed updating as well, not very well kept. »
