«I definitely recommend staying in this condo. It is the perfect location right on the beach with awesome ocean views. The place is clean and the beds were very comfortable. «We absolutely loved this rental! Very clean and exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful view from the back porch allowing you to watch the sunset. We were able to park our boat at the dock for easy access. The location provides many delicious food options at a variety of prices. It is also not far from the tourist attractions. Check-in process was a breeze and the property manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a great time and will book again in the near future.»

«The building is a bit older but the condo is nice. One issue we had was the smart thermostat - it isn't intuitive and there weren't any instructions. We found them online and managed, but provided instructions would help a lot. Condo is close to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, and a short drive from historic St. Augustine. Comfortable beds, kitchen seemed to be well-stocked (we didn't cook much), and the chairs on the balcony were nice for enjoying a beverage in the afternoon.»

«As usual, we had a great week in this unit! Kitchen fully stocked, nice king sized bed in the master, comfy living room furniture, ground floor patio facing a conservation area and the ocean. 15 minutes to Old Town St. Augustine and another 10 minutes to the Outlet Mall, great restaurants within walking distance of the unit. «We loved staying at this place… waking up with the sun and going to the pool, beach and playing tennis in the cloudy days. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed… clean, white sheets, extra blankets for the cooler days, beautiful kitchen, dishwasher, washer and drier and an electric grill…The unit had games for the kids and is close the the Aligator Farm and the St. Augustine center with the amazing historic places, night life and… the ice cream… I wish I ...

«This cozy dulplex is nothing fancy yet everything you need. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all right there. It is steps from the beach and easy access. Could use some updating. "Hyggelig motell i gangavstand til Historic district. Vi valgte dette stedet fordi vi leste andre anmeldelser om nærheten til alt og renholdet. Ble litt skuffet over renholdet, da det ikke var veldig bra. Gulvet var så seigt og skittent at vi ble sorte under føttene. Vasket føttene om kvelden, men allikevel ble gulvet i dusjen svart neste morgen. Kanskje prøve å vaske med mindre såpe? Støv oppå skapet og i skapet, vasket inni skapet selv før vi hang opp klær. Likte ar det var et hyggelig røykeområde, og ikke ble plassert bak et skur eller bakgård😀 likte også mottakelsen og at eier ble med og viste rommet. Veldig hyggelig gest. "
