This is a tricky property to review. The location close to Disneyland is good, a 15-20 minute walk. The property is older and a motel. Our first room was a ground floor, interior room next to the elevator. So, opening the blinds meant a view of the parking lot with no privacy and a ton of noise. We asked the front desk for another room and they put us in a remodeled third floor room overlooking the pools with a view of Disneyland and the fireworks. A completely different experience!!! Pictures show the remodeled rooms, but most are not updated I think. So, it depends entirely on what room you get IMO. The pools and hot tubs were nice and there's a quaint topiary garden too. The breakfast room is undersized, given the amount of rooms so it was quite mobbed in the morning. They do provide take away boxes though so you can eat in your room. Despite the age of the property it was kept very clean and the staff were always at work tidying. 5 stars for the staff alone! Overall, we would not have stayed if we couldn't have changed rooms but were satisfied with the room we eventually got. If you plan on spending all day at the parks and simply crashing in your room then room location may not be a deal breaker for you.

We always go to disney for 3 days and first time we went it was so clean and no complaints whatsoever this time the water barely had any pressure and the room was extremely small for a two queen size no space at all and tv would glitch so much we couldn't watch no tv at all other than that people that clean do a very good job also breakfast workers are super nice

This place is great especially if you’re going to Disneyland! Quick easy walk to downtown Disney. Place was awesome! We tracked with a 3 year old and 5 mo old. Pool was awesome as well! Only silly complaint is the water pressure in the shower lol

I was interested in staying here because of the proximity to the parks, complimentary breakfast, and decent price. My room was completely comfortable for me, and everything worked without issue. I did find it a bit noisy from the traffic outside (there aren't inside corridors, so the door opens directly outside), and from some kind of machinery rattling sound coming from the other side of one of my walls at night - I didn't have my AC unit on, but it could've been the AC in the adjacent room. The location was very convenient for walking to Disneyland. The walk is pleasant and mostly quiet and shady, and goes right by the Pixar Place Hotel. I was able to walk to the Downtown Disney security gate in less than ten minutes, and I could reach the parks themselves in a total of about 15 minutes. This made it easy to get to the parks early, and to go back to the hotel in the afternoon for a break. The complimentary breakfast was excellent; it included a lot of good selection including rotating hot dishes (sausage, chorizo, eggs, French toast, pancakes, tortillas, ham, and more), a yogurt machine with toppings, as well as standard pastries, fruit, and drinks. The staff were great and replenished the food frequently. Overall, I'd recommend it based on its location and breakfast, as long as you are okay with a bit of noise. Comfortable room, internet always worked, friendly staff.

Chose this hotel because it was walking distance to Disneyland Resort. However the walk was longer than i thought, not as convenient. This hotel was super noisy when we checked in. We were on the first floor which was facing the parking and there were lots of employees in our area making noise. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax in between park visits, this is not it! It would have been helpful if the AC unit was in the front by the door but it wasn’t it was by the bathroom. Our room was behind this wall which made it dark and private during the day but at night it was too bright in the room due to the shutters. The price was reasonable but probably won’t visit again. The only thing we liked was the ease of the check in and the friendly staff.

The walking distance to Downtown Disney was about 10 minutes. No matter what time, it always felt safe, and there were lots of people out young and old. CVS, Walgreens and Dennys only about 5 min walk. The room had a mini fridge and microwave (no extra charge) and the front desk has a safety deposit box for those important things. The property was clean, the staff friendly and on our last night we could see the fireworks from our balcony. Every moring from 6am-9am there was breakfast. Everything from eggs and sausages and french toast to dry cereal, donuts, apples and bananas. There was an option to take items to go( no extra charge), yogurt too! They kept the food plentiful and fresh, lots of staff to keep the eating area clean. I enjoyed staying here and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this property to others.

It's about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, which is very convenient. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast was a bit bland in terms of variety, but the ladies working their are very nice.

Our family stayed at this location in the past and it’s nice to see that it has had a complete remodel! Everything is crisp and clean. Their new breakfast room and free breakfast is great as well! At the moment there is construction on site where an old restaurant sat on the property. The best thing about this hotel is its location! It only takes 10 - 15 minutes to walk to Downtown Disney, California Adventure and into Disneyland! You can’t beat the convenience and price of this hotel.
