Rolig og sjarmerende leilighets"hotell" beliggende i et område i nærheten av sjøfartsmuseet og NEMO vitenskapssenter. Dessuten koselige spisesteder i umiddelbar nærhet og kort vei (50 m. ca.) til offentlig transport som går både til sentrum og museumskvartalet. Til sentrum (Damplatz) ca. 35 min gåtur. Meget behagelig overnatting!

Fint, familievennlig og sentralt
Koselig og kul leilighet. Barna (8 og 11 år) elsket å sove på hemsen. Super beliggenhet øst i Amsterdam i et hyggelig nabolag i nærheten av kafeer og barer. Rolig og stille om natten og kvelden. Lett tilgjengelig informasjon om severdigheter og lokale spesialiteter. God service fra hyggelig personale. Mulighet for å lage mat og vaske klær.

Super leilighet i Amsterdam
Var veldig fornøyd med standard på rommet. Nylig oppusset og godt renhold. Vi var en vennegjeng, men rommet fungerer nok også veldig godt til familier. Ligger i et rolig område, ca 15 minutter gåtur til sentrum. Buss går rett utenfor hotellet.

Helt nytt leilighetshotell, kun en måned gammelt. Funksjonell leilighet, høyt til taket. plass til fem personer, vi var 3. 3 sengeplasser på hemsen. Bra utnyttet areal. Gode madrasser. Hyggelig og hjelpsom personal. Butikk i nærheten, buss og trikk rett utenfor. Rolig nabolag

Very well designed studio apartment (could have slept a lot more than the three of us) that have everything we needed. It was well kept and suited us very well. Tall ceilings let in a lot of light and clever use of a mezzanine to create space for three comfortable beds (but did wonder if sleeping up there would be comfortable on a hot summer jight)

It was super dusty...like...the worst I'd ever seen in a hotel. In fact my kids, wife, & I all woke up with runny noses from how little the room had been dusted lately. What else...I slept on the pullout couch & the sheets were really itchy to the point I thought the couch had f******* bed bugs. My daughter also remarked once we got back to the United States how the beds made her feel like she had bed bugs also. This was a full day later after we had left the hotel when she said that. Also when sleeping on the pullout couch every time I rolled over it was so damn creaky it was akin to a WWII tank with how much it squeaked. It would wake up my family up above in the loft area as I rolled over. Sleeping at the Yays Martime Amsterdam was easily a *top-5* worst nights of sleep in my life outside of my kids being born. There was soap scum on the bathroom counter. The bathroom would easily flood because the lip for the shower was so small. Lastly just looking around you could tell that things hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Overall grime on many items. We stayed 2 nights and after the first night I seriously thought about eating the money & staying at the DoubleTree instead for an extra $400 more. That's how much I hated it. I intentionally structured our day so we would stay out exploring the city so we wouldn't have to spend time in the room. Once it was time to check out I was happy to leave. Truly one of the worst hotel experiences of my 38-year life.

Great apartment, and although not super central location, public transport options are super convenient, so definitely not a problem. The area is beautiful and quiet. The apartment was a delight and very spacious. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent sejour en dehors du centre touristique
Excellent séjour dans un quartier très sympathique à l’ecart du quartier touristique ce qui est très appreciable ! Un bus passe juste à côté et le tram est à 100m et sont très pratiques. Musée maritime, scientifique, de la resistance, zoo sont juste à côté. Literie confortable, espace très pratique. Café Anne et Max juste à côte. Le seul bemol est que si vous avez le sommeil leger notre chambre etait au RDC et donnait directement sur la rue mais ce n’est pas une rue trop passante donc on s’est vite habitués (il y a possibilité d’avoir des chambres côté parking sans doute plus calmes)

Great place to stay in Amsterdam
While this place is not in the "heart of it", it is a great location very close to all the transportation options you could want. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is only a 7 minute bus ride to central station where you can pick up the tram, the train or information on tours. There are 2 grocery store options just a few minutes way away and restaurants all around. If we find our selves in Amsterdam again we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was ok. Was a very nice view from window and convenient to have a kitchen. Staff was really lovely. However overall it is too overpriced for what you get (not really a 4 star hotel, not super clean, etc). Biggest problem for us was that the Wifi did not work at all on the second floor of the "loft" which is where the bedroom is, so we could only use internet in the kitchen.

A great base to explore Amsterdam and out of the way enough to be pretty quiet. The apartment setup suited us perfectly as we could really relax when we wanted to. Didn't get to make use of the bike hire, but definitely will next time.

The staff was very helpful and the welcome book has everything you need. A 25 minute bus ride into the core of Amsterdam that was easily navigated with 1 bus. One note of concern: they offer bikes for 10 euro however the bikes are in need of servicing. We had to get through 3 bikes before we found 2 that worked and even then one of the bikes had a broken brake mechanism which we realized into our ride. Thankfully a local helped us otherwise is would have been unrideable.

Lovely area, not too busy but easy to get to everything. Shops and cafes nearby. Helpful concierges. The only small issue was how hot and stuffy the apartment was, despite the provision of fans.

Nice place but lacks transparency.
Nice place, Not the greatest location. My only big complaint is that neither the hotel nor Hotels.com told us before that there is no cleaning service. You need to make your bed and if you need towels , you must go downstairs and ask for them. They leave you on your own. I think for the price ( not cheap) the least they could do was advise beforehand.
