Loved it as a family of 4
We had a great experiences here, traveling as a family of four. The place was large, beautiful, modern and very kid friendly. We had everything we could ask for and more. The kitchen was great, will equipped and we had dinner delivered straight to the door through a handy pad provided with the flat. The neighbourhood is quaint, quiet and easy to get around. Playgrounds were on almost every corner. The staff was extremely helpful, great to chat to, and always came with nice recommendations. I'd love to recommend this to anyone that loved spacious apartments with a modern touch.

Relocated from one hotel to another. Got some problems with electronic keys, but it was good feedback from hotellpersonell. After we have prolonged our stay until 18.00 as it is offered by apartments owner, we were moved to another apartment which was not cleaned.

Bodde 4 nettet her i toppleilighet vent ut mot kanalen. Meget stille og rolig strøk, men kun noen minutters gange til buss og trikk som bringer deg hvor du vil i sentrum. Leiligheten var topp utstyrt og modene innredning. Det er ingen aircond. og det var ikke mulig å åpne altandøren. Så skal du dit mitt på sommeren må du være forberedt på at det kan bli varmt inne!

Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.
Meget god service med gode anbefalinger til shopping og restauranter. God beliggenhet i et rolig og hyggelig område med gåavstand til sentralbanestasjonen. Buss og trikk like i nærheten. Mulighet til å leie sykkel på hotellet. Vi leide en leilighet i 2 etasjer med to soverom, kjøkken, stue og bad. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt, eneste minus var at et av soverommene var uten vindu.

Hyggelig leilighetshotell sentralt i Amsterdam.
Helt nytt hotell med fine leiligheter. Alt er hvitt, til og med gulvet, noe som kanskje ble litt sterilt. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Vi hadde fin utsikt over kanalen. Det ar ca. 15 min å gå til sentralstasjonen, med gågate med butikker og restaurenater imellom. Hotellet leier ut sykler, men det var betydelig billigere å leie hos en av de store utleiebedriftene i sentrum.

L’appartement est très bien situé, prêt des commerces et des musées. La literie ok, par contre il manque pour la cuisine le grille pain, saladier, ustensiles de cuisine, un pichet pour boire de l’eau . Pour un appart hôtel il faudrait améliorer les accessoires pour la cuisine ainsi que les accessoires pour le nettoyage ( éponge et torchon pas terrible) . Il faisait très chaud et le brasseur d’air est trop bruyant et pas très efficace.

It was spacious for our young family of 4. It had everything we would need The price point was unbeatable compared to other properties in central Amsterdam. Thought abit of a walk from the main attractions, if needed we would take an Uber or a bolt that still made the overall cost worthwhile.

A short bus ride from Amsterdam Centraal made this a conveniently located location to stay at. The hotel provides guides for the surrounding area which we should have paid more attention to as they had some very good recommendations for food that was nearby rather than us taking the bus into the city centre.

Misguided booking info! No pay at property option!
Travelled as 3 friends,coming from different countries.Booked our stay at Yays based on local friend’s recommendation and was expecting to have a good and professional service,stuff was good but management’s attitude and communication were just the opposite even our stay was good.1)hotel charged 72 hours in advance from my credit card even I booked it as“pay at property”on purpose.At the time of booking they have pay at property option but in reality they charge before you arrive!It made us pay all the additional bank commissions.We asked to cancel creditcard transaction and pay at property as in the itinerary but they didn’t do it during 3 days even they say they can do. On departure day,manager(Marco) made us wait more than an hour, no solution,no apology+rudeness.He asked us to pay again there then promised to cancel the transaction after we leave,but we couldnot trust after his all inconsistencies.After all hotel system couldnot cancel the initial payment,so we glad not paying double fee based on his guidance!In the end after our disappointment,he ordered a complimentary airport taxi to tolerate the situation but we lost our morning to enjoy one last coffee together before everyone travels her own destination + tons of stress before flight.2) we stayed in a family room.There are 2 rooms however in 1 bedroom, the beds are smaller than a single bed and not comfortable for an adult- this is not obvious on the photos of the property.3)location is far from center- 15mins uber

We loved staying at Salthouse Canal. The apartment was unique and met all our needs. It was a quick walk to train and tram and accessible. Staff were helpful and accomodating. Have already recommended it to a friend visiting this summer.

I went to Amsterdam me and 3 mates. This was a great holiday I would definitely recommend staying here however if you want to save some money may be better off staying more central as we spent most of our walking 15-30 mins to the centre and further for other activities. Also, there was only 2 double beds and a double sofa bed it was a bit of a squeeze for 4 of us however it was adequate I would just suggest getting a bigger hotel if there are 4 of you. Overall good stay but location was a bit of an issue and amount of space in room.

A great place to stay
We stayed for three nights and the apartment was superb. There were two of us and the place was roomy and warm with all the facilities needed. The location was good too. A 15 minute walk to central station

We are a family of four and we stayed at the property for five nights. We walked to all the museums and liked that the hotel was tucked away from the main touristy areas. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food and the laundry was located in the apartment. The staff was helpful with everything. Just one small complaint - the sofa bed was okay for kids but would be brutal for an adult!
