Ved ankomst ble vi imponerte. Et stort flott hotell og hyggelig resepsjonist! så kom vi til rommet. vi hadde bestilt en suite da vi skulle jobbe endel. Rommet vi fikk var som dobbeltrom. da vi flyttet litt på sofaen lå det gammel snacks og en røyk sneip under sofaen, samt kliss på bordet. dagen etter bestilte vi et ekstra rom og da fikk vi en seng som ikke var redd opp og brukt fra den forrige gjesten:(

Great staff, but design flaw
Bra hotell, super service i resepsjonen, elendige løsninger. «Gjennomsiktige» vegger på badet ga lite privatliv, og dessuten lys i hele rommet om man var på badet om natten - så hele familien våknet. Hvite møbler som (selvfølgelig) hadde masse flekker. Lyse tepper, også fulle av flekker. «Benken» og stolen på rommet var kule å se på, men umulige å sitte i... Roomservice var elendig, og maten var kald. Vekslende kaldt og glovarmt vann i dusjen. Resepsjonen gjorde imidlertid alt de kunne, og var svært vennlige.

Poor service!
Our stay at Park inn by Radisson City West var okey. We got our room upgrade to a bigger because we did not like the arrangement in the toilet where there were few hangers. the bed was comfortable. the location was okey 5 min by train to Amsterdam Centraal or there were possibilities for buss or tram too. What we were not happy about was the service and the cleaning of the room. We stayed there for 6 days and we had to asked for our bed-sheets to be changed. When we had food or glasses in the room, it took two days for them to be removed. We were once empty of toilet paper, which I notify the housekeepers, when they did not come after half an hour I called the front desk, still it did not help. The next day, we still did not get it even after they housekeepers fixed the bed at some point. I had to find a trolley and get the toilet paper from there, the room was never vacuum cleaned the entire time we were there. We were really disappointed about the service and they really have a lot to go there!

A lovely hotel in a great location. Same comments as before - breakfast is poor and lets the hotel down. Staff blunt and rude - especially the person welcoming people to the restaurant. Staff in restaurant arguing in front of guests. Cold food - even scrambled egg newly delivered was cold. This would be an outstanding hotel if breakfast was sorted out.
