Great airport hotel
All the essentials you need while you're resting up for your onward journey. The sister hotel, one building over, has a terrace and a few beers in the fridge.

Ibis-hotellene har svært gode shuttle-ruter, som går fra veldig tidlig om morgenen til sene nattetimer. Godt alternativ om man trenger å være på flyplassen tidlig, eller kommer sent til Schiphol. Om Ibis Budget: et budget-hotell med gode senger men ellers ingenting, det er lite og sparsomt utstyr. Vil nok gå for ett av de andre Ibis-hotellene neste gang.

Skulle bare overnatte pga kansellert fly. Helt greit til det formålet. Veldig lettvint med gratis hyppig hotel-shuttlebuss. Skulle ha enkeltrom. Rommet hadde fint passet til en familie på 3. Enkel standard. Fin plass å sove. Nært flyplassen med shuttlebuss. Dro derfra 05.00. Da var frokosten i full gang ved resepsjonen.

At 4:20 am there is suddenly a loud noise outside my room. After now being fully awake just before a long international trip overseas my sleep has been disturbed. Turns out my air conditioner was making this racket! Had to change settings to figure this out. The noise made it sound like someone was drilling to get inside. The room also has other issues that need attending. The room floor became full of water after my shower as the shower door will not stay shut. The plastic drain mechanism in shower is also broken. Drainage is fine but this kind of thing shouldn’t happen.

Convenient location with free airport shuttle. The room is a little cramping but not a deal breaker at all. The only downside I would say is that the bunker bed wasn’t made and sheet was a little dirty.

Shuttle bus convenient but overcrowded and almost dangerous driving, with speeds of 85 on 70 lanes with a bus filled to the brim. No explanation where to go out or what to do. Service and friendliness of some Dutch should improve in the service industry.
