The vast majority of our guests, approximately 99%, leave their cars parked for the duration of their stay. For those who need to exit and re-enter, there is a nominal fee of 10 per exit, which is still very affordable compared to standard parking rates in Amsterdam.Regarding the size of the room, you booked our smallest room category (stated on the website of Expedia) at the most favorable price. We understand that these rooms may feel compact. For future stays, we do offer larger rooms with more amenities for a slightly higher rate, which may better suit your needs.As for the neighborhood, we respectfully disagree with your assessment of its safety. Our area is a vibrant and diverse reflection of Amsterdam's melting pot. Pourquoi ne pas réserver une grande chambre moyennant un petit supplément ? Comme clairement décrit sur le site Expedia. Nous aurions aimé vous offrir une chambre plus grande, mais vous auriez dû le signaler à l'hôtel. Le bus rapide de Schiphol à l'hôtel (n 369) et retour est très pratique et ne coûte que 3,50, également clairement décrit sur le site. Rien n'est gratuit... Si la qualité du petit-déjeuner ne vous plaisait pas, nous aurions aimé vous le dire à la réception, mais nous ne pouvons plus y faire grand chose. Hi T,You have booked the smallest room at the cheapest price. For a small additional charge you will have a large room with more amenities next time ;) You could also have asked at reception for a larger room... missed opportunity! The temperature here goes up to 25 degrees, you are used to more, but that is regulated. an extra heater brought it up to 28 degrees, which is really very warm.
