Great stay in a good location just by one of the canals. Enjoyed the large room, and it was nice with a kitchen. Good service from the staff, and quiet surroundings. Over all a very nice stay!

For 3 days we did not have hot water and some period of time there were no water at all due to water spoiler was broken. Some staffs were excellent except there was one day we encouter a service guy at the breaksfast, who was rude toward us but not others.

It’s a cute quirky hotel with giant rooms and probably the friendliest and the most attentive staff members I’ve seen. I got a room upgrade and they even let me check in several hours early. A shoutout to the gentleman who helped me open my suitcase. Absolutely no hesitation to provide immediate assistance. The area is quiet and lovely. Breakfast was delicious. On the 2nd day, the young lady who waited my table remembered that I only ate a croissant from the bread basket gave me two croissants instead.

This was our first trip to Amsterdam. We arrived early and the staff all welcomed us with open arms making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They suggested a wonderful restaurant for dinner and an evening cruise. Definitely the highlight of our trip and plan to stay again next time for sure!

Totally fabulous
Had a fabulous break here. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne. Wonderful room 412. Super bathroom and toiletries . Felt so relaxing. Fresh flowers in sitting room . Wonderful views over canal. Breakfast was excellent . Friends met us for drinks at the bar. Will definitely be returning.

One of the nicest boutique hotel we ever stayed. Pictures do not do justice. The service is sublime, very thoughtful and supportive. You can't find a better location if you want to be in the midst of everything yet tucked in a quite island. Our suite was extremely spacious, beautifully furnished and had a little kitchenette. We liked the breakfast ad the bar, however the concierge team topped everything. Thank you the team. Simply a gem.

Don’t Walk, Run to this gem!!! Perfect!
This place was incredible. I regret not booking a longer term but definitely next time. I was upgraded to a suite overlooking a canal. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet and peaceful, but yet in walking distance to entertainment, food and drinks. SLA was a great recommendation for a healthy food option by the attendant who checked me in. I was able to make full use of my suite, which was very spacious and well designed.

Excellent service and staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet location within 15/20 min walk to most areas. Only disappointment was breakfast is 36 Euros per person. You can choose what you want from the menu, but it would have been nice to have less expensive options inside the hotel. Cafes are a short walk away, but not right outside the door.

Such an amazing stay with Luxury Suites. The staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and so exceptional. The location is perfect, right on the canal with a quiet street and tons of boats passing by to watch from your Juliet balcony. Away from all the busy tourists by the “dam” yet still walkable to all the good spots. Many of our dining options were an east 10-20 minute walk along with canals and charming streets. Super close local grocery stores to grab some essentials, and liquor stores to pick up a bottle of wine to enjoy with Dutch cheese while watching the canal boats pass by. We loved our stay and definitely will be back. Amsterdam and Luxury Suites are a magical place to vacation. So much to do, taste and see.

Great stay
Arrived early checked in with Emma and thomas. My husband and I stayed for three nights in the hotel. It was one of our best hotel experiences in Europe mainly due to the staff special thanks to Thomas, Emma, and Serine who made our stay and Amsterdam visit. Amazing. We had royal Suites, which is very spacious well-kept, luxurious with Canal view. I love the bathroom specially, due to the layout. bed was super comfortable and rooms were soundproof Location is superior in the Center you are close to everywhere. It is five minutes walk to two different metro stations plus plenty of dining options and grocery shops. The best that you have the hop on hop off station just behind the hotel which is 2 minutes walk. Breakfast makes you feel royale in your castle with very nice holland traditional style dishes as the breakfast welcome set, and innovative high quality a la carte menu and very high standards personalized service. The only side needs improvement i wish they have smart tvs activated with streaming apps like Netflix That shall made it much more home. The split ac was great but we are in june and the weather was awosome cant guarantee it shall be the same through the summer. Checkout with peter who was so nice too and used the hotel transport to the airport which was very comfortable Will defiantly go back again

The hotel was amazing. Giuseppe was incredible as were the rest of the staff. Everything in the room was clean and had everything we needed and more. The city itself is dirty, lots of garbage everywhere but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Its on a cute little canal and we had a nice little patio out back. Excellent service within the hotel. Very attentive staff which was nice for this spiiled American.

I give this property a 10 out of 10. The rooms are large, the property is clean and centrally located. Far and away the best part about this property was the amazing customer service that we received. Every single employee was kind, polite and professional and went out of their way to help us in every imaginable way. I have travelled fairly extensively and I do not believe that I have ever received better customer service.

I have stayed at several hotels throughout Amsterdam and Luxury suites has now become my favorite! The staff is incredible, friendly and accommodating. Kuba was exceptionally wonderful and an absolute delight to see everyday throughout my five night stay. I highly recommend luxury suites to anyone traveling to Amsterdam and I will book there again. I highly recommend a suite overlooking the canal, it is beautiful!
