Et dårlig hotell
Frokost OK. Rommene var veldig små og klønete. Når du sitter på do må man sitte på skrå for å få plass. Sluken i dusjen var nesten helt tett og det var masse hår i sluken, det er ekkelt. De sendte oss til nytt rom midt på natta, når vi kom tilbake til hotellet hang det lapp på døra. Når jeg spurte om grunn sa de at det var vann over hele gulvet, men bagasjen min måtte jeg hente selv, og rommet var ikke vått. Aggressive nattevakter på hotellet. Totalt sett et veldig dårlig hotell og lav standard. Eneste positive er at det er sentralt og at de har flere kaffemaskiner i frokosten.

Sjekk inn online før du ankommer. Er knapt noen resepsjon, kun et bord rett innenfor døra. Sengen på rommet var skjev så jeg nesten rullet ut. Ekstremt lite rom. Luktet mugg på rommet, sikkert pga tett sluk. Pluss for supersentral plassering.

utilitarian, small functional rooms, limited amenities, good for a work or traveler with simple needs, my spouse hated it but that’s typical. Location is why you pick it, 2 minutes to train, 5 to shop or RLD. I’d stay again but wife wouldn’t. A coffee machine in room would really be nice though.

Location, location, location! That said, at check-in we were got hit up for 74.48 Euros worth of extra charge for our two night stay. Three people in a room was tight but do-able. Staff was nice and helpful. Good view of the channel out the window.

Requested early check in in advance. In my room at 2:59. Check in was at 3. Beds uncomfortable. One very used pillow. A paper cup to drink out of. Towels were like sand paper. No phone in room or night light in bathroom. After a l o n g of travel had to go back downstairs to wait in line again to request more pillows. Carpet in hallways was filthy. N o t a good place to stay but was the closest place to train station.

It was nice to meet people from all over the world who worked here. Excellent breakfast but no other meals. Two different elevators to get to our room in the rear building. Friendly staff. Right next to the train station and Trams/Trollies.

The location was excellent. The rooms were very small. The food at breakfast was adequate but often missing various items. Just pizza and pasta on offer in the evening. Overall a good base but of an average standard.

Great location making it easy to get around Amsterdam as it is next to the central station, lots of construction works when we visited but didn’t make much of a disruption. Bar, breakfast and on-site convenience shop were lovely and the decor was nice. Staff were a little abrupt and when we couldn’t check into our room earlier they weren’t very forthcoming with when it would be available.

Central location. We took the train from the airport and walked to the hotel. Easy. Numerous choices for restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel was basic but comfortable. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
