«We stayed in the Carriage House. The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We did go over to the Berlin Heritage Inn for breakfast and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great place to stay»

«Beyond excellent! Very, very clean. Very accommodating very nice, updated and modern. I have never seen a hotel this clean and i travel everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and so many choices. Room had refridgerater, microwave and coffee pot. We will definatly be there again. Staff was exceptional in all ways.»

«This facility is a indigent stay place. My room was a no smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I was forced to buy Febreeze and sprayed the room three times to get the smell out. The mattress has been used so much that it can't be called a mattress anymore. The bed cover under the mattress was filthy with stains all over it. The carpet was filthy with many cigarette burn holes. I had to wear my shoes to walk around the room. The refrigerator was in good working order. Best thing about the ...

«The room was discusting, dirty sheets and towels, tub was filthy and I walked on the floor in my bare feet and my feet turned black. The owner charged me $30 per night extra for my dog, not mentioned anywhere on the web site and $15 for "incidentals" whatever that means.»

«The hotel is behind the mall, tons of areas to find food/supplies within walking distance. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly nice and friendly. We stayed in town for two nights for a tournament. Walking inside, there was a musty smell we had to air out. There must have been units upstairs, the stairs went right above our bedroom closet where there is zero insulation or noise cancellation. So at 3am when they went in and outside, it sounded like a herd of elephants. »
