«A Hotel that looks like an overpriced Motel. (My kids words lol) when you pay a lot for one night and then they charge you more for hotel service fees, and some more for valet, also 2 burgers for three figures plus service fees for selling you the burgers then you get room service of 2 items (same order and they bill you for 2 delivery fees of 6 each) it’s just crazy. Ended paying another bunch for 2 meals and all the extra fees. Not worth it at all. The Ritz is a lot better»
«Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend.»
«The picture that is published is not the Villa that we stayed , not even near the picture, the villas are very outdated. it feels like if it’s a scam. The hotel staff was amazing. The Wi-Fi was really terrible. we won’t be returning to this hotel.»
