«We got off to a rough start with having bugs in our room on the 6th floor. We had already unpacked so we had to pack up again and get moved a floor higher. The following day the front desk manager call me and wanted to move us again this time to a suite on the eight floor I almost said no because the thought of unpacking again was a turn off for me.
