«We stayed for 17 nights and really enjoyed calling the room our home. The ac worked great the bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure was also quite nice. The staff was very accommodating and location is perfect. They were doing some work as other have said but it didnt bother us because we knew they were just working on making the place better and we plan on staying there again »

«The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.. ...

«The room.is listed as the paradise suites. That hotel is on the beach and is very nice. The place that was actually booked was the 3 sisters plaza. No amenities. In the heart of the ghetto. Dogs barked all night and a piece of metal roofing slammed all night. Worst experience we have ever had with expedia booking. It wasn A hotel. Its a business plaza the post office is downstairs. No phone no tv our view was a huge pile of trash where a buildingused to be. »
