Gorgeous Loft Apartment with Pool in Amalfi Town by AMALFIVACATION.IT

Our Loft apartments are situated in our Amalfi Vacation residence in the center of Amalfi town (the only one with a pool) and only a 5-minute walk from the beach, bus stop, ferries, taxies and close to everything: shops, restaurants, bars, and etc.

Each loft apartment is comprised of 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a master bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and W.C and a smaller second bathroom with sink, bidet ad W.C (no shower).

Also at guests' disposal

- Large and beautifully furnished outdoor spaces;

- A new pool with sun loungers and towels (open from April 1st to the beginning of November, weather permitting);

- The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Lofts are absolutely similar: Same size, same structure, same high-quality standards, etc...There are only slight differences in the furniture (such as color, etc...).

The apartments are high-quality standard, self-catering and fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, high-speed internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen satellite television etc...

Perfect for couples, each apartment is also a great choice for families of up to 4 people, while larger groups might consider booking two (or more) Loft apartments.

The lofts are situated on the top floor (3rd floor, approx. 55 comfortable steps) of our residence.

Parking is chargeable and starts at a rate of EUR 35 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and the season.

LOCATION: The lofts are located in the center of Amalfi, only about 5 minutes walking from Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, the port and the beach. Shops, boutiques, and artisan workshops selling local specialties like limoncello, handmade Amalfi paper, and ceramics from Vietri are just steps away. There are also excellent restaurants, pastry shops, and cafés located within walking distance. Guests can catch ferries, buses, and taxis near the port, a quick walk from the apartment, to easily explore the other destinations along the coast and the islands (Positano, Capri, Ischia, etc).

CONFIRMATION POLICY:
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through VRBO reservation system.
The balance will be paid on arrival.


Check-in: any day from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm, to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €30 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50.
Check-out is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.
