Surrounded by towering pines in an established mountain neighborhood, this beautifully appointed single-level home offers three king bedrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, a dedicated game room, and welcoming front and rear outdoor living spaces perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and abundant local wildlife.

A favorite among couples, families, and friends who appreciate the relaxed pace of Alto, Casa de Milagro comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Its convenient location, easy single-level access, and thoughtfully arranged gathering spaces make it an ideal setting for quiet mornings, leisurely afternoons, and evenings spent together.

ARRIVAL AND MAIN LIVING AREA
A level gravel circular driveway provides convenient parking for up to 3 vehicles. Just a couple of steps lead to the welcoming front porch and main entrance. Inside, the entire home is arranged on one level with no interior stairs.

Vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and expansive windows bring warmth, character, and natural light to the main living area. Comfortable furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a 70-inch Smart TV create an inviting space to unwind after a day exploring Alto and Ruidoso.

Central heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort, whatever the mountain weather brings.

The living room opens directly onto the covered rear deck, extending the gathering space outdoors.

Alto Lake, Ruidoso Winter Park, and Spencer Theater for the Performing Arts are nearby, while the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Midtown Ruidoso are just a short drive away. Guests can also explore Ski Apache, Grindstone Lake, Inn of the Mountain Gods, and Ruidoso Downs Racetrack.

The home sits on a mostly level, wooded residential lot surrounded by mature pines and neighboring mountain homes. Frequent wildlife sightings and the quiet neighborhood atmosphere add to its relaxed mountain appeal.

MOUNTAIN TRAVEL AND WEATHER
Mountain weather and road conditions can change quickly, particularly during winter. Guests should monitor current conditions and travel with an appropriately equipped vehicle.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for holiday reservations, longer stays, and winter travel. Coverage may provide protection for qualifying circumstances that fall outside the property`s cancellation policy.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

- Primary renter must be 25+ and remain at the property throughout the stay.
- Maximum parking: 3 vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the property. No roadway parking.
- The garage is reserved for owner use and is not available for guest parking.
- No pets, except service animals as required by applicable law.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
- No RVs, trailers, or campers.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.
- Outdoor campfires and fire pits are prohibited at short-term rental properties.
- Firewood is not provided for the indoor wood-burning fireplace.
- Children must be supervised at all times, particularly on outdoor decks and around the fireplace.
- Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club, The Outlaw, and Kokopelli Golf Club are private clubs, with access to their facilities and amenities reserved exclusively for property owners.

GUEST VERIFICATION AND SCREENING
For the safety and security of our guests, homeowners, and properties, Prestige Vacays, LLC partners with SafelyStay, Inc., an independent third-party provider of guest verification, screening, and accidental damage protection services.

- Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club, The Outlaw, and Kokopelli Golf Club are private clubs, with access to their facilities and amenities reserved exclusively for property owners.
- Please respect neighboring properties and community rules throughout your stay.

PETS, SMOKING AND FIRE SAFETY
- No pets are permitted, except service animals as required by applicable law.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home, including marijuana.
- Outdoor smoking requires extreme caution and may be prohibited during fire restrictions. Never discard smoking materials on the property, driveway, or from the decks.
- Outdoor campfires, fire pits, and fire tables are prohibited at short-term rental properties.

CARE OF THE HOME
- Children must be supervised on decks, stairs, and outdoor areas.
- Please keep food and colored beverages out of the bedrooms to help protect bedding, carpets, and furnishings.
- Please do not move furniture for your safety and to prevent damage.
- Please use fireplaces, grills, and other equipment responsibly.

TRASH DISPOSAL
- Keep all trash securely bagged and never leave trash outdoors due to wildlife activity.
- The Alto Lakes Collection Center is located at 1221 High Mesa Road, across from Kokopelli Golf Club. Guests are responsible for proper trash disposal during their stay and before departure.
