«Room not properly cleaned. Lobby/sitting area had garbage all over the floor. Drug activity in the2nd floor hallway. The desk wouldnt take my chime card for incidentals but allowed guest in front of me to tell them a card number without the physical card. Had to leave about 2 hours after checking in for an emergency and the hotel staff stated the manager would refund and i just had to contact expedia for it and expedia tried multiple times to get ahold of the staff and couldnt. Super sketchy ...
