«Made a reservation and as I was travelling with a dog we made sure this was made aware of as the hotel allow pets according to hotels.com. Upon arrival we were told pets are not allowed. The hotel did t take any responsibility to arrange other solutions nor had decency to appologise. We even wrote them a letter afterwards to make them aware. They couldn’t be bothered to even reply to this. So please stay away from this establishment as they are unserious.»
