«Non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Neighbors were at least on the porch, outside. On asking we got a view of the Marina, nice! kind woman at the front desk»

«We booked the hotel partly for the pool as I am travelling with two young children who loves the water. At no point were there any mention that the pool was closed, so we figured it out the hard way. Also, the carpet in the room were filthy. We tried to keep the kitchen and bathroom area a clean zone and then wear shoes whenever walking on the carpet. Apart from the above mentioned it was alright. Quiet and felt safe.»

«The food taste like your grandma was in the kitchen, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Only drawback was the lackluster business center.»

«We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The photos advertised online were completely misleading. The listing gave the impression of a modern, clean, and well-maintained hotel, but the reality was entirely different. The room looked nothing like the photos, and we felt misled from the moment we walked in. The room was in very poor condition and clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room. The floor was ...

«Clean room, comfortable with convenient location to Oakland airport. The shower was terrible with very little water.»

«The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay, but the reason for the low rating is because the room that I stayed in was infested with bedbugs. As I pulled back the sheets, I saw the unmistakable red dots on the bedsheets, which were indications of several bedbugs that had gorged themselves with ...

«First time ever, and have stayed at this location several times, I had to pay $7.00 a night to park. Keep in mind this was ON TOP of daily room cost of $293.33. I will think twice about returning. Additionally the room was filthy, carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, dishes left in dishwasher (this was never the experience in past stays). Each day front entrance mopped but... after mopping walked through my sandles made tacking noise as if never cleaned. Very disappointing stay.»

«Don’t pay extra for city view. It is a painting of buildings on a shade and when you lower the shades there is a building, no view of the city.»

«Great room for a great price»

«Very clean staff was very respectful and helpful and not to mention the all you can eat breakfast very large selection of food»

«This is our second time staying here, and it was excellent with close proximity to everything»
