As a frequent business traveler, I stay at SpringHill Suites Oakland by Marriott almost every week, and the breakfast experience is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
The breakfast is always fresh, well organized, and perfect for starting a busy workday. There’s a great variety, everything is clean, and the overall atmosphere in the morning is calm and welcoming — exactly what you want before heading out to meetings.
I especially want to give a big thank you to Maura, who consistently goes above and beyond. Her service is outstanding — always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She remembers guests, makes you feel welcome, and truly sets the standard for excellent hospitality. People like her make a hotel feel like a second home.
Highly recommended for business travelers and anyone who values great service and a reliable, enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely continue choosing this hotel every week
