The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a spacious and comfortable setting ideal for families.

On the main level, you are welcomed by a bright and generously sized living and dining room, thoughtfully furnished for both relaxation and entertaining. From this space, direct access leads out to a terrace where you can enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped and practical, featuring an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor. On the lower ground floor, a walk-through room provides additional flexible living space. The upper floor is dedicated to the 3 bedrooms, each fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering generous sleeping comfort.
